My story is steeped in a passion for dogs. I grew up among these affectionate animals and nurtured a deep love for their companionship from a young age. After exploring various professional fields, I decided to turn my passion into a calling: becoming a private dog trainer.
My educational journey led me to study various methodologies, benefiting from the teachings of renowned experts in the field. However, my perspective on human-canine interaction has undergone a significant transformation over the years. I felt the ethical need to create an environment where dogs could be themselves, express themselves naturally, minimizing human influence.
This awareness gave rise to Iris's Garden, a place where dogs can live according to their nature, enjoying a safe and comfortable space to socialize and play. I've noticed that allowing them to establish their hierarchies naturally helps resolve many of their individual issues.
The enthusiastic response from our clients and the progress observed in the dogs who frequent Giardino di Iris are testament to the effectiveness of our approach. This journey is enriching my professional and personal life, confirming every day that following my passion was the best choice.
Il Giardino di Iris is the fruit of a dream that comes true every day, thanks to the trust of the owners who choose to entrust their furry friends to us. My goal is to continue offering an excellent service that guarantees dogs an experience as close to their nature as possible, helping to create an even stronger and more meaningful bond between them and us humans.

Hi everyone, my name is Alessandro, I'm 35 years old and I've been working closely with animals (dogs and cats) for a long time. I currently live with my partner Federica, my son Tommaso, and our two dogs, Giuditta and Leila, both adopted after being rescued from difficult situations, one from southern Italy and the other from the north.
I have developed a natural ability to bond with dogs and can quickly understand how to connect with them.
La mia avventura con i cani è iniziata un po’ per caso, ma è diventata presto una vera passione. Quello che amo di più è osservare ogni giorno l’interazione tra i nostri ospiti, vederli socializzare, conoscersi e creare dinamiche sempre nuove.
In my career I achieved the title of ENCI dog trainer and of FISC dog trainer, thus enriching my professional experience.
For me, this job isn't just a profession, but a passion that gives me new emotions every day.

I'm originally from Salerno, but Milan has now become my second home. Growing up in a family of farmers, in close contact with nature and animals, has shaped me into a sensitive and empathetic person, aware of the importance of every form of life on our planet.
My love for animals, especially dogs, has always been a part of me: I can't remember a single moment in my life without a four-legged friend by my side. This passion led me to specialize as an ENCI dog trainer.
The journey with ENCI has allowed me to delve even deeper into the wonderful world of dogs. With them, I've learned to look at reality with different eyes, to be moved by the little things, and to communicate with a simple look.
With a wealth of dreams and determination, I moved to Milan, where I was fortunate enough to join the Giardino di Iris team alongside Matteo. A true paradise for dogs, far from the chaos of the city, where every guest can feel free to express their true nature and enjoy experiences in complete serenity.
Here, the well-being of our dogs is our priority: Giardino di Iris represents the perfect balance between freedom and safety, a place where every dog is welcomed with love, respect, and attention. Every day, we strive to create a stimulating and comfortable environment where dogs can socialize, play, and relax.
