RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. You must first register and complete the registration form for your four-legged friend.
Yes, registration is required to book sessions. This allows us to have all the necessary information about your dog and offer you the best possible experience.
After logging in, go to the Bookings section in the main menu. From there, you can view availability and book one or more sessions for your dog.
You must book by 6:00 PM the day before your desired session.
PAYMENTS
We accept online payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

MORE DOGS
Absolutely! Our system is designed to manage families with multiple dogs. You can register all your four-legged friends under the same account.
Yes! We offer special discounts for families with multiple dogs: 20% off for two dogs, 30% off for three dogs. Contact us for a personalized quote.
PACKAGES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Packages offer a fixed number of sessions to be used within a defined period. Subscriptions, on the other hand, offer continuous access with automatic renewal and advantageous monthly rates.
At the Garden, we have a fully equipped covered area. In case of heavy and continuous rain, those with single sessions or packages will be credited or rescheduled. For season pass holders, the service is always available thanks to the covered area, but credits will not be given for unused days.
Memberships can only be suspended for reasons related to your pet's health, with the presentation of a veterinary certificate. The August suspension is automatic for everyone.
SUSPENSION AUGUST
During the month of August, all packages and subscriptions are automatically suspended. Regular service resumes in September.
Packages and subscriptions are automatically extended by one month. If your package expired in August, it will be extended to September.
CANCELLATION RULES
Yes, you can cancel a reservation by 6:00 PM the day before without penalty. The session will be credited back to your account.
To ensure the health of all our guests, if your dog shows signs of illness (cough, diarrhea, etc.), they will not be allowed in the Garden. In this case, please let us know and the session will be re-credited.
REQUIREMENTS AND SERVICE
We are a dog daycare center with 4,000 square meters of wooded grounds and a private lake. We offer play sessions, socialization, and relaxation under professional supervision. A shuttle service with pickup and drop-off is included.
Dogs must be vaccinated, have full liability insurance, and be in good health. A registration form and liability waiver must be completed. Before your first visit, please contact our manager Matteo.
The daycare is open from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The shuttle service picks up children between 7:00 am and 9:00 am and drops them off between 3:10 pm and 5:00 pm.
Shuttle service is included in all plans. We'll pick up your dog in the morning (7:00-9:00) with our equipped van and bring him home in the afternoon (15:10-17:00). The exact times depend on the location of those registered for the session.
The safety of your dogs is our priority. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to take necessary measures for the dog's well-being, including seeking emergency veterinary care.
The safety of all dogs is essential. We may refuse service to dogs with aggressive behavior. Each situation is evaluated individually, and we can offer personalized solutions.
